Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Storytime Anchors ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Project Management Magic LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully.
Description of Service
Storytime Anchors is a mobile application that generates personalized bedtime stories for parents and caregivers to read aloud to their children. The App uses artificial intelligence to create stories based on information you provide about your child and family.
The App is designed as a tool for adults. It is not intended to be operated by children.
Subscriptions and Billing
Free Trial
The App offers a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. During the trial period, you have full access to all features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the plan rate you selected.

Payment and Renewal
All payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID account. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the App's features until your current period expires. We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. To request a refund, visit Apple Support or use the "Report a Problem" feature in your purchase history.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose: generating bedtime stories for your children or children in your care. You agree not to:
- Use the App to generate content that is harmful, abusive, threatening, or inappropriate for children.
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with the App's content safety systems.
- Use the App's story generation service for any commercial purpose, including reselling, publishing, or distributing generated stories for profit.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or its underlying technology.
- Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the App.
- Misrepresent your identity or provide false information.
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
Content and Intellectual Property
Generated Stories
Stories generated by the App are created for your personal, non-commercial use within your family. You may read, save, and re-read generated stories as part of your bedtime routine. You may not commercially publish, distribute, or sell generated stories.
Your Content
Information you provide to the App (child's name, preferences, love phrases, etc.) remains yours. We do not claim ownership of the personal information you enter. Our use of this information is limited to generating stories and providing the App's services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our Content
The App, including its design, code, branding, icons, and user interface, is owned by Project Management Magic LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
Content Safety
We have implemented content safety measures designed to ensure that generated stories are appropriate for bedtime and suitable for young children. These measures include prompt engineering guidelines, content rules, and post-generation filtering.
However, stories are generated by artificial intelligence and we cannot guarantee that every story will be perfectly suited to every child or family's standards. We encourage parents to review stories before or during reading. If you encounter a story that you find inappropriate, please contact us so we can improve our safety systems.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that generated stories will meet your specific expectations or requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Project Management Magic LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the App, any content generated by the App, unauthorized access to or alteration of your data, or any other matter relating to the App.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Project Management Magic LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
Apple's Standard EULA
As the App is distributed through the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, these Terms shall govern to the extent permitted.
Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Project Management Magic LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
